    • Created, implemented and managed a division of trial lawyers who investigated, litigated and tried property, workers compensation and automobile subrogation cases throughout the United States. Division recovered over $80 Million per year at a total cost of 12% of recoveries
    • Relocated to Dallas, turned around underperforming law offices in Dallas and Austin, and opened a new law office in San Antonio
    • Conducted numerous jury and nonjury trials prosecuting defendants in major case subrogation matters and defending insureds in high-value casualty litigation
