    • Returned to private practice
    • Developed litigation practice concentrated in areas of product liability, wrongful death, subrogation, fire and explosion, construction, insurance coverage, casualty, commercial, banking and real estate
  • Managing Counsel – The Travelers Companies, Inc.
    Denver, Colorado and Dallas, Texas

    • Created, implemented and managed a division of trial lawyers who investigated, litigated and tried property, workers compensation and automobile subrogation cases throughout the United States. Division recovered over $80 Million per year at a total cost of 12% of recoveries
