  • Obtained 1.2 million dollar judgment in favor of material supplier against a subcontractor for materials supplied to state and international projects.
  • Represented construction industry consultant who alleged breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, fraud, and conspiracy against an international corporation in a complex, multi-party commercial dispute.
  • Represented structural engineer in a multi-party residential construction defect case involving coastal construction building codes and FEMA regulations.
  • Obtained dismissal of asbestos product liability claim against material supplier. Represented a site work contractor in statutory payment bond action against developer.
  • Perfected a material supplier’s garnishment lien against money owed to a subcontractor which resulted in in payment to the client after the subcontractor’s bankruptcy filing.
  • Obtained payment for material supplier in action where the developer had been placed into receivership.
  • Represented nationwide equipment rental company in contract and construction lien matters throughout Florida.
  • Represented large material supplier in construction lien and creditor’s rights litigation throughout Florida.
  • Represented equipment rental company in action against the probate estate of a judgment debtor, resulting in payment to the client.
